Bulk Christmas Gifts for Employees Without Minimums or Early Cutoffs (2026)

Key facts

• The custom-logo dates fall in October. As of Oct 29, 2026, the platforms' own pages listed Oct 1 for Sendoso's branded items, Oct 18 for Goody's custom merch (Goody adds that later orders are possible), Oct 30 for Snappy's custom swag Bulk and Kit orders and Oct 31 for SwagUp's holiday swag (table below; most of these pages show no year).
• $35 per box, delivered, whether you send 1 or 50. No minimum: one box is fine. We don't add sales tax at checkout.
• One list, a card for each person. Every box ships to its own address, and each card can greet its person by first name.

Is It Too Late to Order Bulk Employee Christmas Gifts?

For custom-logo items from the big platforms, the recommended dates fall in October. Their holiday pages, read on Oct 29, 2026:

Sendoso's page is headed "2025 and Beyond", and the others show no year, so check each one before you rely on it. Goody adds that custom merch can still go out after October 18: "Many of Goody's swag products are produced on demand." These platforms also sell other things later: Sendoso lists December 15 as its marketplace's "Last day to submit orders", and Snappy says to "send out your digital gift notes by December 2 for global recipients and December 11 for U.S. recipients."

They also do things we don't, such as gift notes that let each recipient choose a gift, sent to recipients worldwide (Snappy's page above). If you need a branded gift for each person this December, here is what still works.

Bulk Without a Minimum: What 10, 50 or 100 Boxes Cost

How a Bulk Order Works: One List, a Card for Each Person, One Payment

1. Collect addresses with an opt-in. Ask each person where they'd like their gift delivered, and let anyone decline. HR often won't hand over home addresses. The form and email are in how to collect employees' home addresses.
2. Put everyone in one spreadsheet. One row per person: first name, last name and address. The address spreadsheet template has the columns. Type the list, paste it, upload a CSV or link a Google Sheet; the order page reads messy lists and flags any row we can't ship to.
3. Write one card that greets each person by name. One message and one sign-off go on every card, and {first name} in the message fills in each person's first name from the list; the message can be up to 300 characters. Want a more personal line for your longest-serving people? Put them in a separate order with their own message.
4. Order and pay once. Add your logo (or type your website and we'll find it), or a photo or a few words for a personal gift; check the preview of your mug and card; add your address list; and pay $35 per box. We print, pack and ship each box to its own address. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and Stripe emails you a receipt, which serves as your invoice.
5. Watch the tracking. When your boxes ship, you get one email with a spreadsheet of recipient, ship date, carrier, tracking number and $35 per box. It doubles as your record of who got what.

When Will Bulk Employee Gifts Arrive?

Ships within 2 business days of a complete order (your design, your address list and payment). Ships by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, with tracking, and usually arrives 2–5 business days after it ships. Delivery dates are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and run slower in mid-December.

USPS calls its dates "recommended" and says actual delivery "may vary" (USPS). A complete order means all three pieces: your design, your address list and the payment, so have the list ready before the week you order. In Snappy's 2025 survey (a vendor survey; sample size not published), 84% of employees said they prefer holiday gifts in December, "especially mid-to-late month" (Snappy). Missed the Christmas date? What's in Each Box, and How It's Packed

The mug stands on a 2 in foam pad, held in a 1 in foam collar, with a 1 in foam pad on its rim. Then come the tissue, the gift box and a plain white 9 × 9 × 9 in shipping carton with about 1 in of crinkle on every side. Every box is packed by hand. The mugs we've seen break in shipping broke at the handle, and the rim is the other weak spot, which is what the foam is for. Nothing on the carton names your company: the return address shows PersonalizedGiftsDelivered.com, and your name appears only on the card inside. If a box arrives broken, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll reship it free. If a box goes astray because of an address on your list, we'll reship it to the corrected address for what the reship costs us, with no markup, and tell you the amount before we send it.

Can You Pack and Ship Bulk Employee Gifts Yourself?

Yes: you can assemble and mail a gift box to every employee yourself, and by our estimate 25 logo mug gift boxes take about 9 hours of hands-on work, plus a week or more waiting for supplies to arrive. A bulk order multiplies every step:

Per box, it comes out about even with our $35: about $38 with USPS counter postage and about $34 with commercial postage, with $1,192.84 paid up front for the mugs, the retail supply packs and 25 postage labels, with leftovers (our DIY cost comparison, prices as of Oct 29, 2026). One small mistake costs more work: a mug packed without a collar can break at the handle and must be bought, packed and shipped again; a wrong or stale address sends a box away and back; a typo on 25 printed cards means printing 25 again.

What to Know Before You Order

• Where we ship. The lower 48 states and Washington, DC, except Texas for now: no Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO or international addresses. The order page flags any row we can't ship to, so you can fix it or take it out. Plan a gift of equal value for teammates in Texas, Alaska, Hawaii or abroad, and send it at the same time.
• One gift for everyone. Every box in an order is the same gift; what changes per person is the card, which greets each one by first name. A different logo or a different message is its own order, and one box is a complete order.
