The custom logo mug gift box holds an 11 oz white ceramic mug with your logo printed small, Ghirardelli premium hot cocoa (1.5 oz), 4 Lindt LINDOR milk chocolate truffles and your printed card, in a matte-black gift box with a magnetic lid.

What's inside, in detail
Every box is the same finished gift, packed by hand. Here is each part, from the gift box in.
The gift box
Matte black, with a magnetic lid and your card on top.
The gift itself is a matte-black gift box with a magnetic lid. Your card lies on its lid, and inside, black tissue closed with a gold seal covers the mug and its foam. It arrives as a finished gift, not a mug in a mailer.
Your printed card
Your message on a textured card, in an envelope closed with a gold wax-seal sticker.
Your message, up to 300 characters, and your sign-off are printed, not handwritten, on a textured note card. The card goes in an envelope closed with a gold snowflake wax-seal sticker and lies on the gift box's lid, so your client reads who it's from before opening the box. One message and one sign-off go on every card in the order, and each card can greet its recipient by first name from your address list.
Black tissue and a gold seal
One sheet of black tissue, closed with a 1.5 in gold seal.
Inside the box, one sheet of black tissue paper, 15 × 20 in, closes over the mug and its foam. A 1.5 in gold seal sticker that reads "Happy Holidays" holds it shut. Your client lifts the seal and opens the tissue to reach the mug, so the gift is unwrapped, not just unpacked.
The 11 oz logo mug
White ceramic, with your logo printed small.
One 11 oz white ceramic mug with your logo printed small on the front (up to 2 × 1.5 in), or on both sides at no extra cost. A small logo reads as a gift, not an ad. It is printed by sublimation: heat bonds the ink into the mug's coating. It can't print white, so white in your logo shows the mug's own white.
The foam pads and collar
A 2 in pad below, a 1 in collar around and a 1 in pad on the rim.
The mug stands on a 2 in foam pad inside a 1 in foam collar that holds it still, so it doesn't knock against the box, and a 1 in foam pad sits on its rim, under the lid. The mugs we've seen break in shipping broke at the handle, and the rim is the other weak spot. If a box arrives broken, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll reship it free.
Ghirardelli hot cocoa and Lindt LINDOR truffles

The cocoa arrives in the cup it's made for, with the truffles beside it. LINDOR truffles contain milk, soy and barley malt (gluten); read the labels. If someone on your list has a food allergy or avoids gluten, check with them before you send.
The plain white shipping carton
A 9 × 9 × 9 in carton, cushioned with crinkle, with only the label outside.
The gift box ships inside a plain white 9 × 9 × 9 in carton, cushioned by about 1 in of crinkle paper on every side. Only the shipping label is on the outside, and nothing on the carton names you or your firm. The return address shows PersonalizedGiftsDelivered.com, never your name; your name appears only on the card inside.

- Each box to its own address, from one address list: type it in, paste it, upload a CSV file or link a Google Sheet. Every card carries one message for the whole order, which can greet each person by first name from your list. The order page flags any row we can't ship to.
- Where we ship
- We ship from New York to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC, except Texas for now. P.O. boxes are accepted (they ship by USPS). No Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO or international.
- Delivery
- Ships within 2 business days of a complete order (your design, your address list and payment). Ships by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, with tracking, and usually arrives 2–5 business days after it ships. Delivery dates are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and run slower in mid-December.

- The card
- Your message, up to 300 characters (spaces included), printed, not handwritten. It's one message for the whole order, and each card can greet its recipient by first name from your address list.
- Printing
- Sublimation. Heat bonds the ink into the mug's coating. It can't print white, so white in your logo shows the mug's own white. Your logo is printed small and subtle on the front (up to 2 × 1.5 in), or on both sides at no extra cost. You choose Small, Medium or Large in the mug preview; Small, up to 1½ in wide, is the default.
- Packing
- Packed by hand: the mug stands on a 2 in foam pad, in a 1 in foam collar, with a 1 in foam pad on top. The gift box ships in a plain white shipping carton with only the shipping label. The return address shows PersonalizedGiftsDelivered.com, never your name; your name appears only on the card inside.
- Tracking
- When your boxes ship, you get one email with a spreadsheet of recipient, ship date, carrier, tracking number and $35 per box.
- Breakage
- If a box arrives broken, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll reship it free. If a box goes astray because of an address on your list, we'll reship it to the corrected address for what the reship costs us, with no markup, and tell you the amount before we send it.
How to order
Step 1: Add your logo, or a photo or words
PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, Illustrator (.ai), WebP, GIF or an iPhone photo (HEIC), up to 20 MB. Or paste a copied image, or type your website and we'll find your logo there. For a personal gift, add a photo or a design, or type a few words.
Step 2: Check the preview of your mug and card
Write your card message (up to 300 characters) and see it on the card, with your design on the mug, before you pay.
Step 3: Add your address list
Type it in, paste it, upload a CSV file or link a Google Sheet: one row per recipient. Each card can greet its recipient by the first name in their row.
Step 4: Pay $35 per box
