Personalized Gifts Delivered sells one product: a mug gift box, with your logo for clients and staff, or your photo or a few words for family and friends, at $35 per box, delivered, with no minimum, shipped to each recipient's own address. The custom logo mug gift box holds an 11 oz white ceramic mug with your logo printed small, Ghirardelli premium hot cocoa (1.5 oz), 4 Lindt LINDOR milk chocolate truffles and your printed card, in a matte-black gift box with a magnetic lid.

Who we are
Personalized Gifts Delivered was founded by Jatinder (JP) Singh, of Cypress, Texas. It is operated by Accurate Services Plus LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
JP spent more than four decades in precision engineering, the last 23 years as a senior X-ray specialist at VJ Technologies on Long Island, New York: building and repairing industrial X-ray inspection systems, managing the X-ray product line, and training engineers and customers in radiation safety. JP holds an ASNT NDT Level III certification in radiographic testing and a diploma in electrical and communication engineering.
Industrial X-ray inspection exists to catch what the eye misses: a hidden flaw, a weak joint, a part that won't survive what comes next. JP brings that same habit to a much smaller job: one mug that has to arrive in one piece, at the right door, with the right name on the card.
That's why every box ships the way it does: the mug held in a foam collar with a pad over the rim, every address checked on screen before you pay, and a limited warranty in writing to reship any box that arrives broken.

Where boxes are packed and shipped
Every box is packed by hand and shipped from New York to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC, except Texas for now.
What we stand behind
If a box arrives broken, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll reship it free. If a box goes astray because of an address on your list, we'll reship it to the corrected address for what the reship costs us, with no markup, and tell you the amount before we send it.
