Can I Order Just One Custom Logo Mug?

Yes: one custom logo mug, in its gift box, is a complete order at $35 delivered. Add your logo (or type your website and we'll find it), or a photo or a few words for a personal gift; check the preview of your mug and card; add your address list; and pay $35 per box. We print, pack and ship each box to its own address.

For one recipient, your address list has one row. For 12 clients it has 12 rows, and each card can greet its client by first name. The address spreadsheet template has the columns, and shipping to each client explains the rest.

Every box holds one 11 oz white ceramic mug with your logo printed small, a 1.5 oz packet of Ghirardelli premium hot cocoa and 4 Lindt LINDOR milk chocolate truffles, and your printed card, in a matte-black gift box with a magnetic lid. Ships within 2 business days of a complete order (your design, your address list and payment). Ships by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, with tracking, and usually arrives 2–5 business days after it ships. Why Do Promo Companies Need 24 to 72 Mugs? Setup Gets Spread Over the Run

Promotional products are priced as a print run: a one-time setup charge, then a per-item price that falls as the quantity rises. The minimum keeps each item's share of the setup small.

4imprint's 11 oz mug, as of Oct 29, 2026: a 72 minimum (sold in steps of 36), $55 setup, $1.75 a mug at 72. At 72 mugs, the setup adds about $0.76 a mug ($55 ÷ 72). On a single mug it would add $55. That arithmetic is why minimums exist.

Kits work the same way. Givenly's Hot Cocoa Bar Kit with 2 Mugs lists a 24-unit minimum, $50 setup and $82.59 a kit at 24 (as of Oct 29, 2026). At 24 kits, the setup adds about $2.08 a kit ($50 ÷ 24).

Sublimation Needs No Setup Run, So the First Box Is Priced Like the Fiftieth

We print your logo by sublimation: the logo is printed on transfer paper with sublimation ink, the paper is wrapped around the mug in a heat press, and the heat bonds the ink into the mug's coating. The University of Florida's Marston Makerspace explains the principle: "The sublimation printer uses special ink and paper that, when applied with high heat, transforms into a gas and fuses into the synthetic fabric." Its press attachments "can be used for sublimation mugs and tumblers."

Nothing in that process is made for your logo alone: no screen to burn, no plate to cut, no print run to set up. Your logo file goes to the printer, and each mug is pressed on its own. Then each box is packed by hand and ships with its own label, with the postage inside the $35.

Nothing in the printing is set up once and spread over a run. That's why we have no minimum, no setup fee and the same $35 per box whether you send 1 or 50.

Three Kinds of "No Minimum": Pick-Your-Gift, Print-on-Demand and a Finished Box

"No minimum" means three different things, and each solves a different problem.

Kind 1 fits when you don't know what each person wants, or don't have their address. The recipient acts before anything ships (platform comparison).

Kind 2 sends one printed mug for about $12.76 delivered (Printful's listed price plus US shipping, as of Oct 29, 2026). The listed price covers the mug; a gift box, treats and a card are separate.

Kind 3 arrives ready to open. Ours pairs a small-logo mug with Ghirardelli cocoa and Lindt truffles, packed and shipped to each person's own address at $35 delivered, so there's nothing for you to buy, pack or post.

What Does "No Minimum" Cost Per Order? Setup, Shipping and Plan Fees

The item price is only part of the bill. These are the extra fees each company publishes on its own page, all read Oct 29, 2026.

Snappy, Goody and SwagUp all have $0 plans, so compare the shipping line too: Snappy lists "Shipping included" on every plan, SwagUp's Basic plan charges $12 to $16 per pack, and Goody's pricing page doesn't list shipping. On a ship-to-each order, every address is its own shipment.

How to Compare "No Minimum" Offers: Delivered Price per Recipient

Use one number: what each gift costs at the recipient's door.

Delivered price per recipient = item price + (setup fee ÷ quantity) + shipping per address + (plan fees ÷ gifts sent on the plan)

Can I Put the Gift Box Together Myself?

Yes: you can build the gift box around a no-minimum mug yourself, and by our estimate 25 boxes take about 9 hours of hands-on work, plus a week or more waiting for supplies to arrive. That covers finding the printer, about 8 separate supply orders, cleaning up the list and buying 25 labels, the cards, about 8 minutes of packing per box and the drop-off.

The supplies bring minimums of their own. Our DIY cost comparison priced 25 boxes at about $38 a box with USPS counter postage and about $34 with commercial postage, so per box it comes out about even with our $35. It also takes $1,192.84 up front for the mugs, the retail supply packs and 25 postage labels, with leftovers (as of Oct 26, 2026). "No minimum" on the mug doesn't carry over to the gift boxes, tissue or truffles.

A small mistake costs more than time: a mug packed without a collar can break at the handle and must be bought, packed and shipped again, and a typo on 25 printed cards means printing 25 again. What to Know Before You Order

• Gift limits. Each box is $35, delivered. Federal employees may accept "unsolicited gifts having an aggregate market value of $20 or less per source per occasion" (5 CFR 2635.204, read Oct 29, 2026), and some industries set their own caps (see client gift limits by industry). This is information, not legal or tax advice. Check the current rule (or check with the recipient's agency ethics official) before you send.
• Where we ship. The lower 48 states and Washington, DC, except Texas for now. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO addresses or abroad.
