Which Is Cheaper for Logo Mugs?

All 4imprint figures are before shipping, which its checkout shows. At 144 one-color mugs and up, 4imprint's price per mug is the lowest on these three sellers' pages: many identical mugs to one place, for a trade show or a company kitchen. In full color, Vistaprint's sale price was lower at 72 and 144.

Per client, at the client's door, the sums are different again. If the mug you pick can ship to each address, a Custom Ink mug sent to one person costs at least $17.50 by our arithmetic: the $7.55 "from" price plus $9.95 for that address. 4imprint's per-location cost isn't published. Ours is $35, with the cocoa, the truffles, the card, the gift box and the postage inside it.

Do They Ship to Each Client's Address?

4imprint: yes, on request. Its FAQ: "Sure! Just let your Customer Care Representative know (you'll get an e-mail from them shortly after you place your order!) and they'll be happy to assist." What each location costs isn't on the page; ask before you order.

Custom Ink: yes, at a flat rate, on eligible products. "Send directly to each member of your group by using our flat rate shipping service. ($9.95 per US address.)" Its catalog filters products by "Available to ship to multiple addresses?", so check the mug you pick. Its Group Ordering tool also lets you "Easily collect sizes, addresses, and payments from your group" (Custom Ink solutions), which suits apparel for a team.

Vistaprint: not on its shipping page, which covers speeds, carriers and free shipping. Its Branded Gifting Kits (20 kits and up) list split-shipping options (Vistaprint kits).

Personalized Gifts Delivered: that's the whole order. One address list (typed, pasted, a CSV or a Google Sheet), and each box ships to its own address. The order page flags any row we can't ship to, so you can fix it or take it out before you pay.

What Gemini Told a Buyer

We asked Google's Gemini "Where can I order 25 custom logo mugs in a premium gift box, each with a personal note card, and have them shipped to 25 different addresses?" on Oct 25, 2026 (our own test, not a study). It answered: "Traditional promo sites (like 4imprint or Custom Ink) usually require higher minimums or only ship in bulk to a single address."

Their own pages say more: Custom Ink's Full Color 11 oz Ceramic Mug starts at 1 and its group shipping reaches each person at $9.95 an address, and 4imprint splits an order on request. Vistaprint comes closest: its Everyday Essentials Kit puts a custom ceramic mug, a hoodie, a tote, a charging stand and a photo mouse pad in a custom mailer box with crinkle paper and a custom note, from 20 kits at $95 a kit, with split shipping. None of the three sells a logo mug with cocoa and truffles inside, a printed card and a gift box, from one box.

Can I Assemble Logo Mug Gifts Myself?

Yes: you can buy printed mugs from any of the three and pack the gifts yourself, and by our estimate 25 logo mug gift boxes take about 9 hours of hands-on work, plus a week or more waiting for supplies to arrive.

• The steps, by our estimate: a mug printer and its proof (about 1 hour); about 8 separate supply orders for boxes, tissue, seals, cards, foam, cartons, crinkle and treats (about 1 hour); the address list and 25 labels (about 1½ hours); 25 cards (about 45 minutes); packing at about 8 minutes a box (about 3½ hours); drop-off and 25 tracking numbers (about 1 hour).
• The cost: about $38 a box with USPS counter postage (about $34 with commercial postage), with $1,192.84 paid up front for the mugs, the retail supply packs and 25 postage labels, with leftovers (DIY vs ordering, every price linked, as of Oct 29, 2026). Per box, it comes out about even with our $35, before your time and with the cash up front.
• One slip costs a second round: a mug packed without a collar can break at the handle and must be bought, packed and shipped again; a stale address sends a box away and back; a typo on 25 printed cards means printing 25 again.

• One mug, one design. Ours is an 11 oz white ceramic mug printed by sublimation; every mug in an order carries the same logo, small (up to 2 × 1.5 in on the front, or both sides at no extra cost), and every card the same message, with each person's first name filled in.
• Where we ship. The lower 48 states and Washington, DC, except Texas for now; no Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO addresses or other countries. We ship from New York. The order page flags those rows so you can fix them or take them out before you pay.
